Get a Headquarters Office

Want an area for your staff that's away from the commotion of the exhibit floor? Headquarters offices are available in all three technical exhibition halls. Use your headquarters offices as a break/lunch room, check-in point, sales staff training area or as a place to catch up with the home office. Headquarters Offices are restricted to exhibit personnel only; professional attendees are not permitted entry. This area should not be used in conjunction with booth activities.

Constructed in modular hardwall units, Headquarters Offices can be custom built and decorated to your specifications. Labor, materials and services are under the control and supervision of the general contractor (FREEMAN).

Space Rates
$10.50 per square foot for preferred exhibitors
$15.75 per square foot for standard exhibitors

Minimum 10' x 10'

Additional Charges
Walls - $147.50 per meter
Doors - $185.00 per unit
billed directly by FREEMAN.
