Conduct a Vendor Computer Workshop

Introducing a new software product or upgrade? Want to take advantage of the RSNA annual meeting venue to offer user training on your application? You can conduct hands-on computer workshop sessions in a classroom environment, giving potential or current customers first-hand experience or advanced training on your proprietary systems. The deadline to apply to host a Vendor Computer Workshop is May 28. After May 28, applications will be accepted, but full promotion of the workshop cannot be guaranteed.

Classroom Details
Each classroom is 40' x 32' (1,280 sq. ft.) and may not exceed 30 participants per session. You may expand the size of a classroom to 40' x 40' (1,600 sq. ft.).

Space Rates
$15.00 per square foot (Minimum 40' x 32' or 1,280 sq. ft.)

• Standard 40' x 32' classroom with 9'-high walls and ceiling
• Locking entry door with window
• Two HVAC units

• Exterior classroom signs (company logo and session titles)
• Advance and onsite ticketing for each session
• Assistance with workshop evaluation forms
